Due to some reasons, my current maid maybe can't work for us anymore in a very short time...
I went to look for a new maid, and i chose a cambodian maid, but husband wasn’t too happy with my decision, cause he can’t trust a new maid especially a cambodian maid that we are not sure can she understand any english..But he refuse to hire a indo maid too...he can’t trust a new maid...I am very headache of this...

Now our options:

1. Nursery Daycare
Send Sean to a daycare nursery . Nursery does have it’s good and bad.
Good is Sean can learn to be independant and many friends to play with
Bad is Sean maybe will easily get sick...
I am quite worry for this option...Cos i think sean is too small to go for a nursery at this age....

2. Babysitter
i prefer to look for a babysitter nearby our living area. But i am not confident that i can look for a good and responsible babysitter who can take care of a choosy kid like Sean....
Husband against this option...he says babysitter can’t be trusted...cos she will be take care of baby in a private house, If anything happen nobody will care and notice....

3. Hire a new maid and pray for she is a good one? (cambodian/ indo)

4. I resigned and take care of sean myself
This is the best option...but if i stop working, we will met some financial problem...
And husband don’t think i can do the housework, taking care of sean and in the meantime doing freelance..which i think impossible too... If u are a mother and father, u will understand how buzy it will be when taking care of a kid.. there won’t be any private time to do your own work.

Sigh...headache..Can anyone give me any suggestion?
or can anyone recommend me any GOOD babysitter in Taman Equine, Seri Kembangan or nearby area?
